Have you ever wanted to try a yoga class but feel that even normal beginner classes are too challenging? Want to incorporate meditation into your yoga practice, but don’t know where to begin?
The class will start with an accessible and meaningful themed guided meditation with attention being brought back to the breath throughout the class.
This class will break down and explore classic yoga poses like Downward Dog, Chaturanga, and Warrior 1 and 2 and use props, modifications, and variations to fit the poses to all levels. The class will flow more slowly and gently than a normal vinyasa class.
All levels are welcome in the class, from true beginners to seasoned practitioners looking to renew and refine their practice. Let’s get back to the basics, together!
